Dull purple with ruby hues and a magenta rim. Medium opaque. Bright, floral aromas of ripe cranberry, strawberry, grilled herbs and mint-chocolate notes. Flavors of fresh cherry, vanilla coke, cracked white peppercorn and lemon peel on the palate. Medium bodied and semi-complex with a course mouthfeel. Light, velvety tannins with snappy acidity that gives the wine some pop. Ends with a long, balanced finish. A young California Cab that’s easy-drinking and enjoyable. Goes well with food.
