Banhez Cuishe is produced in limited quantities using 100% agave Cuishe by Luis and Donaciano Pacheco in La Noria, Ejutla, Oaxaca. It was fermented with natural yeasts for 5-6 days and distilled in copper pots. This mezcal has tropical fruit and herbaceous notes.
