Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in French oak this Grand Cru displays exotic plum and ripe blackberry fruit. Sweet juicy tannins, spicy cinnamon, cedar oak and a lively acidity complete the picture. One of the best things about this wine is the way its just so. . . complete. It has beautiful aromatics, the fruit is present but not in your face, the texture is rich and full but smooth on the palate, and the finish just goes on. . .
