DAOU Reserve Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust, full-bodied Cabernet with aromas of blackberry, cassis, plum, and currant alongside black olive, anise, leather, and cigar box, with graphite, crushed stone, and a hint of cool mint.
Firm, fine-grained tannins provide ample backbone for layers of boysenberry, black cherry, licorice, and dried herb. Meaty and fleshy while retaining elegance, it finishes with authority and finesse. From the Adelaida District of Paso Robles.
