Drunken Goat is a celebrated Spanish goat’s milk cheese from the Murcia region, traditionally known as Queso de Murcia al Vino. The semi-firm cheese is bathed in local red wine during aging, giving the rind its distinctive violet hue while adding subtle fruity depth to the paste. Made from pasteurized goat’s milk, it is one of Spain’s most recognizable specialty cheeses and carries protected DOP status.
