Wine Tasting Notes
We crushed our Chardonnay whole-cluster and then fermented it entirely in French oak barrels to achieve a seductive, round texture with quintessential Sonoma Coast Valley flavors of green apple, honeysuckle, and sweet vanilla with citrus notes. Its sweet perfume previews its palate with hints of honeysuckle, crisp apple, and orange blossoms.
