Three whiskies. Three distinct voices. One North American spirit.
WhistlePig 12 Year Old World Rye is where North American rye meets European elegance. This high rye mash billis finished in a blend of Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%), and Port (7%) casks for a layered symphony of stone fruit, oak, dark chocolate, and butterscotch. Wine lovers and rye fans alike will find a smooth, complex sipper aged to perfection.
Castle & Key Restoration Rye is a comeback story in a bottle. Distilled in Kentucky at a historic site brought back to life, this 5-year-old straight rye is crafted from a unique 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley mash bill. It bursts with cinnamon roll, peanut brittle, and candied lemon, finishing with notes of pie crust, vanilla ice cream, and black pepper.
Whiskey JYPSI Explorer is a bold, artistic blend of two six-year-old bourbons, one sweet low rye from Kentucky and a spicy high rye from Indiana. With a mash bill of 66% corn, 30% rye, and 4% malted barley, it’s finished using French Oak from Tronçais and American Oak from the Appalachians to provide layers of spice, dark fruit and toasted oak. It’s a modern outlaw’s pour—unexpected, handcrafted, and unapologetically bold.
