Precise and focused aromas of flint, lemon confit, orange oil and hazelnuts. The palate is mid-weighted with vivid acidity and a textural but delicate mouthfeel. 100% stainless steel fermentation and then six months in old French oak has maintained lovely freshness and tension that has set the wine up for aging. Drink or hold.
Wine Tasting Notes
Fresh, sunny citrus, Granny smith apple and green apple skin beautifully complement the crushed mineral and Douglas Fir on the nose. With a bright yet silky texture, the medium-bodied palate shines with notes of kumquat, grapefruit, chamomile, and honeysuckle ending in a tremendous, mineral and lemony finish.
