The Jackson-Triggs delivers a lot of sweet thrills for the money. The ice wine’s yellow apple custard and apricot jam aromas are counterpointed by a nice bit of sage. The wine feels thick and sweet in the mouth, with copious amounts of peach sorbet, honey and orange zest.
