In the visual phase there is a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The aroma, of great intensity, is elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white and citrus fruits. Likewise, aromas of fennel, scrubland and an aniseed, balsamic background are appreciated. All this on a mineral memory. In the mouth, fresh fruit notes appear again. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of final bitterness, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and sustained by good acidity. It has a great structure that favors its persistence. The aftertaste is complex and intense. Winery
