J. P. Wiser’s is Canada’s oldest continuously produced Whisky, with production starting as long ago as 1857. Distilled at the Hiram Walker Distillery in Ontario, the traditional Canadian method of distilling each grain-type separately and blending the result together after ageing creates smooth and flavoursome whiskies.
