Wine Tasting Notes
A mouth-filling palate of Bosc pear, pineapple and lemon oil overtones is balanced by spirited acidity and notes of crushed chalk. On second approach, this Chardonnay unfolds with nuances of summer melon, honeycomb cereal and spiced nutmeg. Look to pair with a simple Caesar salad with grilled shrimp or one of our favorites, chicken saltimbocca.
