“Kanahiku,” meaning “seventy” in Hawaiian, is Lonohana’s signature dark chocolate, crafted with just two ingredients: 70% estate-grown cacao and 30% organic cane sugar. First produced in 2014, this bar has evolved alongside the maturity of the orchard, gaining depth and complexity over time.
A carefully calibrated roast preserves its balance, revealing rich cocoa undertones, bright berry notes, and a long, lingering finish hallmarks of cacao grown on Lonohana’s North Shore Oahu farm.
