Maese Miguel Manchego Reserva 9 Month is a PDO-certified Spanish sheep’s milk cheese produced in the La Mancha region using milk from Manchega sheep. Aged for nine months, it develops a firm, compact texture and the distinctive zig-zag rind pattern traditional to authentic Manchego cheeses. The flavor is rich and balanced, with notes of toasted nuts, browned butter, and subtle caramelized sweetness alongside the savory depth typical of aged sheep’s milk cheeses.
