Mezcal Convite Ensamble Silvestre is a wild-agave ensemble of Tepextate, Tobalá, Madrecuishe, Lumbre, and Tobasiche — pit-roasted, tahona-milled, naturally fermented with spring water, and double-distilled in copper.
Produced under mezcalero Cosme “Tucho” Hernández and his brother Daniel; some batches also include wild Coyote agave. A complex multi-agave expression. Best enjoyed neat, sipped slowly.
