The 2021 “I Cantoni” Valpolicella Classico Superiore from Novaia is a single-vineyard, organically farmed red wine grown at 400 meters in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Produced from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, this wine undergoes a light drying process and is aged 18 months in oak barrels, delivering depth, structure, and savory finesse.
