Nuestra Soledad San Luis del Rio comes from a small village tucked into the mountains east of the Valles Centrales — where Espadín grows on slopes so steep the harvested piñas are rolled down to flat ground, and the intense heat causes early ripening of the agave.
The unique terroir produces a distinctive single-village Espadín. Best enjoyed neat, sipped slowly.
