Point Reyes TomaTruffle is a luxurious semi-hard cow’s milk cheese handcrafted by Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company in Northern California. Built on the creamery’s signature Toma recipe, the cheese is infused with Italian black truffles from Umbria and aged approximately 90 days to develop its rich, buttery texture and earthy complexity. Made with pasteurized rBST-free cow’s milk and vegetarian microbial rennet, TomaTruffle has become one of Point Reyes’ most celebrated specialty cheeses.
Creamy, savory, and aromatic, TomaTruffle delivers notes of cultured butter, woodland earth, roasted nuts, cocoa, dried fruit, and sweet cream layered with the deep perfume of black truffle. The supple texture melts beautifully while the truffle remains balanced rather than overpowering, creating an elegant, decadent finish.
