St. George Breaking & Entering American Whiskey blends sourced bourbon and rye from Kentucky and Tennessee with St. George’s own California malt whiskey — a four-grain blend (rye, corn, barley, wheat) with no single grain dominant, bottled at 43% ABV.

Head distiller Dave Smith sourced individual casks of rye and bourbon from favored Kentucky and Tennessee distilleries, then blended them with select barrels from St. George’s in-house malt whiskey program to create a balanced, expressive, all-American whiskey. The transparent “Breaking & Entering” name nods to the sourced (“pilfered”) barrels at its heart.
