A complex wine with a mix of ripe and fresh character. The nose shows apricots, lime peel, melon and smoky minerality. Very citrusy on the palate, medium-bodied and vibrant, with tingling acidity and a tense, savory finish. Long and tight yet precise. Drink or hold.

Suavia Monte Carbonare Garganega Soave Classico DOC shows straw yellow with considerable intensity and brilliant highlights. This wine is creamy and elegant. It is characterized by freshness and aromas of citrus, herbs, and mineral. On the palate the wine is well-balanced and refreshing with a dry and persistent finish.
This wine is an excellent pairing forall fish-based dishes since it is a wine that respects the delicacy of the fish’s flesh and its salinity. It goes also very well with vegetable and truffle risottos. Excellent with medium ripened cow’s milk cheeses.
