Tomme Fleur Verte is a fresh French goat’s milk cheese from the Périgord region, produced by Le Chèvrefeuille and coated with a fragrant blend of herbs and pink peppercorns. Named “Green Flower” for its scalloped flower-like shape and herb-covered exterior, the cheese is lightly aged to preserve its soft, moist texture and bright character.
The texture is creamy and delicate, with fresh tangy notes typical of young chèvre balanced by aromatic herbs and subtle peppery spice. Light, herbaceous, and highly approachable, it pairs beautifully with crusty bread, crisp white wines, and fresh seasonal vegetables.
