Yuu Baal Tobalá Joven is made from wild tobalá agave — a sweet nose of lemongrass and aromatic herbs with cooked mature agave, and a distinguished country-and-earth character with wildflowers, smoked wood, stone, vanilla, clove, jasmine, peach, and apple.
Tobalá is a prized wild agave that grows slowly in rocky, shaded terrain. A complex, aromatic joven mezcal. Best enjoyed neat, sipped slowly.
