I love this dry white ‘s summer-meadow, ripe-pear, honeycomb and lemon-zest character. Then comes the fresh yet silky, medium-bodied palate with a little spritz of natural carbon dioxide adding to the mineral tingle. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now.
Wine Tasting Notes
The light, toasty aromas combine with herbs and white fruit, light smokiness and chalk on the nose. The elegant palate shows little sweetness.
